Some of our toys cannot be shipping outside of continental USA, except to Canada. If you need to know if your destination is allowed, please contact us before placing an order.
All our toys are shipped using UPS. When placing your order you will have a chance to make a choice on how you would like your order shipped. The price of your shipping will depend on where you are located, the weight of your order and how fast you would need your toys to arrive. General Merchandise Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from LittleGeniusToys you may return any item in it’s original condition within 14 days of purchase. We will replace the item with any other item(s) of equal or lesser value. Any remaining monies will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase and must be in the original packaging with no defects. Products that are returned in any condition deemed by our company as unacceptable will be returned to the original shipping address via UPS ground delivery. Items deemed unacceptable will not receive an exchange or refund of any kind. LittleGeniusToys is not responsible to refund any shipping charges applied at the time of purchase nor will we refund the cost of any shipping charges applied upon returning products to our company or in the exchange of products unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part. Additional monies for shipping will have to be charged to a credit card that must be supplied by the customer. A representative from LittleGeniusToys will contact customers to obtain this information if required.
