What is your guarantee policy?
We guarantee the timely arrival of your product in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for replacement or a prompt refund.

If I place an order, how will my product be shipped?
Please note we have negotiated exceptional shipping rates with United Parcel Service, who is our preferred carrier. Most deliveries arrive within 5 business days shipped via United Parcel Service.
Can I ship my product anywhere?
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses. We can ship to our friends in Hawaii, Alaska and Canada but, please add $20 to the listed shipping price.
We do not shipping out of the continental USA, except Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
All products are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!
